In 2009 I began to get pains in my neck radiating down my right arm and up into my head and temple.  I was taking lots of paracetamol.  My doctor said it was arthritis and prescribed ibuprofen and paracetamol.

In August 2010 the x-ray showed florid osteoarthritis and spondylosis.   By now I was so stiff, turning my head was excruciatingly painful and driving was near impossible.  I thought this was the end of my life and, I started getting depressed, fearful of my future, I had always been healthy and fit.

In November I met Paul, an ex sports player and PE teacher, it came up in conversation how I felt, he told me how his osteoarthritis in his ankle had been helped so much he did not need an operation.  As a result of his recommendation I started taking proto-col collagen capsules made from pure collagen hydrolysate type 1 and 2.  I began taking 9 capsules a night for 10 nights and then reduced my intake to 6 capsules a night. By December I noticed not only did I feel healthier, but I was not as stiff and could sleep much better.
