ENFIELD TOWN LADIES FOOTBALL CLUB
FIVE A SIDE TOURNAMENT

Held on Sunday 13^th June 2010

Dear Club,
I am writing to invite you to the Enfield Town Ladies 12^th annual 5-a-side Tournament at Donkey Lane, Enfield Playing Fields, Enfield held on Sunday 13^th June 2010.  Like last year we have decided to run both the youth and ladies open age group competitions together on the one day, with youth registrations being split between the mornings and the afternoons. The ladies open age competition will continue to run for the majority of the day and we are sticking with the £100 cash prizemoneyfor the winners of the ladies section (Joan O’Mailey Memorial Cup).

We are aiming to run the following youth age groups (Please note the age restrictions relate to birthdays on or before 31st August 2009)

• Under 10’s (AM registration)            
• Under 11’s (PM registration)             
• Under 12’s (AM registration)
• Under 13’s (PM registration)           
• Under 14’s (AM registration)            
• Under 15’s (PM registration)

The ladies open age section (for players 16 and over) will have an AM registration.

The initial round of the competition will be run on a league basis followed by a knockout for the winners of the leagues.  In the ladies section, a plate competition will also be run.

Teams will be able to register a maximum of 7 players; roll on roll off substitutions will be permitted.

The entry fee for the youth section is £25.00 and the fee for the senior section is £30.00.  Please note that the entry fee will be non-refundable. 

All teams entering the competition will need to have re-affiliated to their respective County FA for season 2010/11.

The deadline for ALLentries is 31^st May 2010andentries will be allocated on a strictly first come first serve basis and there is no limit of how many teams any one club can enter.  Last year we had a great turnout, especially in the ladies tournament, where over 70 teams were playing, so please ensure you get your entry form back to us as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Once we have received your application form, we will send you a confirmation email confirming your place in our tournament.  Further details including rules and directions will be sent out to all competing teams nearer the tournament date.
