The nine qualifiers for the UEFA Women's Champions League Round of 32 were confirmed on Tuesday evening, with group winners; Duisburg, Brøndby, Everton, Apollon Limassol, Juvisy Essonne, Bardolino Verona and Rossiyanka joined by best runners-up, Breidablik and NK Krka.
Brøndby won their Group 1 decider with NSA Sofia 3-0, with Lene Jensen, Emma Madsen and Henriette Dahl all on target.
Everton also had a top of the table clash in Group 2, where they made the most of first-half chances to end the hopes of a physical Lithuanian host side, Gintra Universitetas.
The Cypriots of Apollon Limassol were the suprise winners in Group 3, netting three victories, including the shock defeat of former European champions Umeå IK.
There was a thrilling finale to Group 4, as French outfit Juvisy Essonne shared six goals with Iceland's Breidablik, which resulted in both teams progressing. Berglind Thorvaldsdottir snatched an 84th-minute equaliser for Breidablik.
Italy's Bardolino Verona completed a 100% record with a 4-1 win over Group 5 hosts, Slovenia's NK Krka. Swansea City claimed their first ever European victory in their last game, beating Baia Zugdidi 2-1.
Maximum points for Russia's Rossiyanka in Group 6, sealed with four goals in the first 33 minutes against Portugal's 1° Dezembro.
Germany's FCR 2001 Duisburg were 4-0 winners in the Group 7 decider with Glasgow City in Northern Ireland.
The Round of 32 is the first of the straight knockouts played over two legs, and will be drawn on August 19th. The final will be at a London venue, on Thursday May 26th 2011.
