Hebden Royd United and Silsden were relegated from the Premier, Elland dropped out, while Ossett Town and Hemsworth came up.
Castleford White Rose Reserves and Middleton slip into Division 2, with Brighouse and Farsley Celtic elevated to Division 1.
Amaranth and West Leeds go down to the new Division 3, where they are joined by newcomers Altofts, Brayton Belles Reserves, Hemsworth Reserves, Hepworth and Springhead.
