With the league almost doubling in size, there is now an eight-team top flight and seven-team second division.
Goole Town Vikings were promoted to the North East League as county champions, while AFC Tickton disappear and Brandesburton become Hall Road Rangers.
Grass Roots Ravens and Pinefleet Wolfreton return to the league alongside six newcomers, including Malet Lambert (winners of the U-16's Divison 1) and North Ferriby United, who go straight into the top flight. The others are;.Beverley Whitestar, Bridlington Town, Gilberdyke Phoenix and Westella & Willerby.
East Riding Women's League 2010-11:
Division 1 - AFC Preston United, Hall Road Rangers, Hessle Rangers, Hessle Town, Hull University, Hunmanby, Malet Lambert YC, North Ferriby United.
