Champions Leverstock Green were promoted to the Eastern League, AFC Kempston made the opposite move.
Stevenage Borough Reserves and St.Albans City (formerly (St.Albans City Youth) are up from Division 1, with St.Martins changing their name to Dunstable Town.
Although there were originally to be two regionalised second divisions, one Division 2 now welcomes eight new members. These are Cranfield United, Crawley Green Belles, Dunstable Town Youth, Hormead Hares (from Buntingford), Sawbridgeworth Town Reserves, Standon & Puckeridge, plus Watford-based clubs, Bedmond and Everett.
